FAQs

Production and Shipping time

All pieces are made to order, meaning it will take 2-4 weeks to produce and ship your order.

Making ceramics is a slow craft that involves a lot of steps including several days of air drying and two kiln firings.

However we do have a basic stock and if the items you ordered are in stock they typically ship out of our Berlin studio within 1-3 business days.

Have a question on when your piece will ship? Please contact us before checking out to ensure we can assist you with an accurate timeline.

Worldwide Shipping

Product Care

To remove stains from matte parts of the pieces, use a soft brush, soap and warm water. For tough stains bleach is ok to use in little moderation and will shift most stubborn stains.

Products can go into the oven at a maximum temperature of 260˚C. Do not use on stovetop or open flame. Allow product to cool before washing, drastic changes in temperature can cause the piece or the glaze to crack.

All Porcelain products are dishwasher, oven and microwave safe.

Variations in pieces

All of our work is handmade. Variations occur, and are celebrated!
They are all part of the same family, and we believe the slight imperfections in color, shape, and size make it more unique and one of a kind.
